1/4cMiracle whip salad dressing*
1/2cFresh carrot; shredded
1/2cCelery;
1/2cZucchini;
1/4cRadishes; shredded
2 Pita breads; halved
4slProcess cheese;* cut in half

*Low-fat cheese and low-fat salad dressing. Make it work.

Mix salad dressing and vegetables. Fill pita halves with vegetable mixture and cheese slices. Makes 4 halved pitas.

229 cal, 7.25 pro, 22.7 carbo, 12.2 fat, excellent source of Vit A.
